We then examine the communication channels available and identify any gaps or barriers and help you devise a plan of action that can be sufficiently resourced and supported by your colleagues.

To ensure employee ownership, we will often engage with the influencers in your business, to get them involved in the development process and prepare and coach them to consistently support the messages we are advocating.
